Captain is a professional skipper and merchant navy officer from 1978. Since then he skippered numerous sailing yachts and as a passionate sailor is always ready to share his love for the sea, knowledge of history and culture and enthusiasm for sailing with his delighted guests. 
Hostess/Chef is Captain life companion and inspiration. The couple have worked together in past years in luxury charter and restaurant business. Her specialty is delicious, beautifully presented and healthy national and international cuisine.
